- Be grateful.
- Be honest.
- Be nice to other people.
- Be nice to yourself.
- Good thoughts = health. Bad thoughts = illness.
- Write down your goals to make them more realistic and accurate.
- Walk barefoot on the natural surface (grass, stone, sand, clay) to connect with the nature.
- If you are depressed or confused, cleanse your guts - have an enema or a fast, because it is possible your mood is influenced by the bacterias in your guts.
