  • Joyful sport creates endorphins - hormones of happiness. 
  • Hugging creates oxitocin - hormone of positive attitude.    
  • Giving something to others, doing something for others, being kind to others creates dopamine - hormone of motivation.     
  • Think about what you are grateful for to create serotonin - hormone used in anti-depressant drugs.

  • Be grateful. 
  • Be honest.   
  • Be nice to other people.    
  • Be nice to yourself.    
  • Good thoughts = health. Bad thoughts = illness.   
  • Write down your goals to make them more realistic and accurate.    
  • Walk barefoot on the natural surface (grass, stone, sand, clay) to connect with the nature.    
  • If you are depressed or confused, cleanse your guts - have an enema or a fast, because it is possible your mood is influenced by the bacterias in your guts.
