Health positive habits

  • Eat food with low glycemic index, biologically valuable fats and proteins, enough fiber. 
  • Eat slowly, chew your food.
  • Eat at least two bowls of vegetables or fruit a day.
  • Get resistant to the cold - it is very beneficial for your skin, muscles, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular and reproductive systems of your body.  
  • Belly deep breathing - it is good for your mental focus, but also for having warm limbs.    
  • Exercise every or every second day.  
  • Walk the stairs by taking two at once.
  • Get quality sleep.

Health negative habits. You do not have to:  
  • Endure what you don't like.  
  • Interact with people who lower your self-confidence. 
  • Think about what others will say.  
  • Try to have everything under control.  
  • Keep opinions and all your feelings to yourself. 
  • Think only of others and not of yourself.  
  • Try to please everyone. 
  • Forget about your loved ones and parents. 
  • Spend all your free time between the four walls.  
  • Constantly be in a hurry.  
  • Condemn yourself or others.  
  • Fear of mistakes.  
  • Say "I can't" and prepare in advance for failure.  
  • Compare yourself with others. 
  • Stick to the past.  
  • Think only of the future.  
  • Complain about life.  
  • Maintain a sense of wrongdoing.  
  • Buy and hide unnecessary things. 
  • Do everything on your own.  
  • Try to be perfect.  
  • Think about bad things and what can go wrong.  
  • Frown.  
  • Read, watch or listen to the news - they are usually very negative and of no value for you.  
  • Turn on your smartphone or computer before your morning health routine.
  • Get angry about what other people say. You do not have to even react to their words. It is their words, you do not have to accept them. It is OK if you reply "This is the way you see it."  
  • Say things that make you weaker.
