A person who treats his health as a draft animal and purposefully forces his body to do disproportionately demanding work, results with a spine to be increasingly deformed. There is a disproportion, in which the muscles get into an imbalance. Uneven tension causes changes in the shape of the bones.

We were made to take care of our body, to wish all the best to our body.

Healthy spine in good shape is important also for the flow of the energy in the body. Good posture has high influence on how you feel.

When one vertebra descends on the other, they are too close to each other and touch when we are bending the body. Plates are placed between the vertebrae, which allow the spine to move and mitigate the impact of the vertebrae during movement. After injuries, they either move, damage, or thin.

Now relax your shoulders and pull your neck up, more the nape than the jaw, so that all the muscles in the upper torso are stretched. Enjoy the pleasure of pulling up the spine.

After correct stretch, you will feel your body like new, you will feel as if the spine has no weight and if it was not held by the body, it would shoot up into heights. This state will mean that you have reached the ideal spine state and the main energy channel is open.

You will be filled with a feeling of freshness and you will immediately feel better.
