When we are "tortured" by another person (our loved ones, relatives, friends, etc.), everything is more or less clear. The person simply takes our energy "with our consent". The other person does it in a painful way for us, but we have decided to suffer it and over time we get used to it as the norm of our relationships. 

But much more often we "torture" ourselves!

The energy we have lost as a result of a direct conflict with another person is nothing compared to the energy we lose when we endlessly repeat the same situation in our heads.

Thinking about past or future inconveniences, we are able to lead ourselves to complete exhaustion, to illness, even to death. At the same time, we are clearly aware that everything that happens has a cause inside us. We try to detach ourselves from sad thoughts, difficult memories, but they come back again and again and somewhere on the level of the subconscious we feel like some tentacles, some big leeches strongly encircling us and sucking up our life energy. And this pathological condition is the most realistic picture of what is happening to us.

Sure, our colleagues or relatives might be aggressive, arrogant, inconsiderate, or impatient, but if you don’t have those same qualities within you, you won’t have a strong reaction to their behavior.    

If you’re paying close attention, you can train yourself to notice your shadow, when you witness strong negative emotional responses to others. Respond to their acts with love and you will not have negative reactions to that situation anymore.

You will become blessed with love and "bad" people will start to avoid you.

Start loving even your enemies and you will attract "good" people to your life.
