1. Listen to body signals. Illness tells you, that you can no longer live this way.

2. Take responsibility for your own health. Don't rely on the wonders of medicine. The restart may no longer succeed.

3. No institution will provide you with a quiet old age. Take care of your parents. Educate children to take care of you.

4. Don't rely on money. Maintain good relationships with family and friends. Don't love only yourself.

5. Try to live without electrical appliances for at least one day. If a collapse occurs, you will be ready.

6. Don't listen to some politicians. They spreads harmful and negative emotions. When they appear on the TV, switch channels.

7. Protect the environment as you protect yourself.

8. Work which brings you satisfaction and benefit to as many people as possible, is the healthiest one.

9. A healthy diet alone is not enough. Equally important is when, how and with whom you enjoy your meal. Occasional fasting will only benefit you.

10. Do sports for fun. Don't rush. You won't catch up yourself.
