  Expeditus (died 303), also known as Expedite, was said to have been a Roman centurion in Armenia who was martyred around April 303 in what is now Turkey, for converting to Christianity. Considered the patron saint of urgent causes , he is also known as the saint of time; he was commemorated by the Catholic Church on 19 April.  Devotees seek his intercession for urgent needs.  St. Expeditus, also known as Expedite, was a Roman centurion martyred for his faith during the Diocletianic Persecution around April 303. Stationed in Melitene, in what is now Turkey, he is believed to have been a member of the Legio XII Fulminata. According to tradition, Expeditus converted to Christianity in Armenia and faced persecution for his newfound faith. The Church honors him as the patron saint of urgent causes, procrastinators, merchants, sailors, and students during exams, with his feast day celebrated on April 19.   Saint Charbel (or Sharbel) Makhlouf was a Maronite monk and priest from Lebanon. App shows information about his life, miracles and prayers for his intercession. During his life he obtained a wide reputation for holiness and he has been canonized by the Catholic Church.      He is known among Lebanese Christians for his miraculous healings in answer to prayers said at his tomb, located at the Monastery of Saint Maron, and for his ability to unite Christians and Muslims. Saint Jude , also known as Saint Jude Thaddeus , is known and loved throughout the world as the Patron Saint in Hopeless Causes. He is known as Judas Thaddaeus, Jude Thaddaeus, Judas son of James, or Lebbaeus. He is sometimes identified with Jude, the brother of Jesus, but is clearly distinguished from Judas Iscariot, the apostle who betrayed Jesus prior to his crucifixion. He was one of the twelve Apostles and a cousin of Jesus Christ. He courageously preached the Gospel, often in the most difficult circumstances.   According to tradition, after his martyrdom, pilgrims came to his grave to pray and many of them experienced the powerful intercessions of St. Jude.
