The notes contain exercise, nourishment, fasting, sleep, immunization through cold exposure, breathing, posture, psychological training, happiness reaching, good relations, relax, work and healthy finance, as good finance reduces stress.

First of all, take a look at your health and write down how you would like your health to be. If your current health status is what you want, that is great! Keep doing what you are doing.

If you would like to improve your health, rewrite what you want into form of goals to help you measure your progress. It is important to use notes to write down date and your current health situation, because it will be difficult to remember how you are now in a few months from now.

Be specific with your goals, because you will get what you write down and keep your focus on. Write down what you want, because that is what you will get, even if you will not like it. Do not write something like "I do not want to be ill.", because in the end your focus will be on the illness and not on the health. Striving to be healthy, strong and happy is very different path from trying to avoid illness.     Write down why you want to reach your goals, because if you will get big enough WHY you want something and you will stick to it, you will always find a way HOW to reach it.

Once the long-term goals are set, make a plan how to reach them. Read practical guides related to your goals and make a realistic plan for the next year and one by one split the yearly goal into smaller monthly goals. 
You see? The monthly goal seems much easier to reach, right?

To make it even easier, split the monthly goals into daily tasks, which will result in reaching your monthly goal.  
Do your daily tasks every day and after 30 days, it will become a habit. It will be much easier for you once your habit is built.

If it is difficult for you to keep doing your task every day, because you do not have the willpower yet, pull yourself to do it for at least two minutes. It is better to exercise for two minutes than not to exercise at all.

If you are not able to go out to do your jogging that day, at least go for a walk.

Doing some exercise is better than doing none. And as a bonus, you will train your willpower bit by bit.
